LEAD Welcomes Mary Catherine Bradshaw to High School Faculty

NASHVILLE - LEAD Public Schools is pleased to welcome renowned Nashville educator Mary Catherine Bradshaw to the LEAD Academy High School faculty. Bradshaw joins LEAD through the Resident School Director program and will serve as the Dean of Instruction.

TN Achievement School District announces 2 more LEAD schools

Nashville - The TN Achievement School District (ASD) announced plans to convert 10 schools in Nashville to charter schools. LEAD Public Schools is excited to be a part of this transformation and will operate 2 ASD schools beginning in the 2013-2014 school year. This is in addition to the launch of the first ASD-LEAD partnership at Brick Church College Prep which opens its doors this July. Read more HERE.

LEAD Public Schools Receives $3.25M Investment

Nashville - LEAD Public Schools is pleased to announce a $3.25M investment by the Charter School Growth Fund - Tennessee (CSGF). This represents the largest grant of it's kind in by CSGF in the Volunteer State. The highly competitive grant will support LEAD's expansion plan which will result in serving nearly 5,000 students in grades 5-12 at five schools in Nashville. View coverage on WSMV HERE.
